Blog-Slacking

I go from blogging once a week to almost once a month! I guess I've been a little busy and probably not much to blog about.

Here's a little update:
A.J is a little ham. He talks non-stop, runs all over the place, and repeats everything Josie says and does. He really looks up to her and it's fun watching them now actually playing together more vs. fighting! He hasn't mastered the big boy cup yet, but tries. He is still in diapers, only gets on the toilet with his diaper on when Josie is done. He is still in a crib and I don't intend on moving him until he tries to climb out and so far, he's made no attempt. Josie was 2.5 when we switched her to a big girl bed.

Josie is a little miniature adult. She's growing up way too fast. She's still into dolls, coloring, drawing, and reading books. She knows her letters now and can write most of them. She can spell Mom, Josie, A.J. and Dad. :-) She's an eager learner now so I hope it continues through school! She is doing swimming lessons right now, but will be back into either dance or gymnastics this fall. She hasn't decided which one she likes better.

I went on a trip with Amy to visit our cousins to Houston, TX last weekend. It was a nice little get away. Nothing else exciting is going on in the Alesch Household. I just decided it was time to update our blog. I'll get some pictures for the next update!
