Free to Breathe
Thank you all who donated to the Free to Breathe Lung Cancer Fundrasier. I raised $875 total. Awesome! The event was this weekend in Milwaukee.Our hotel was next to an Irish Pub so we had to stop in there. After we hanging out there for awhile, they ended up donating our tanks we wore for the race. Mom would be so proud - they even had a shamrock on them! I also thought it was fitting that the event was in Milaukee since mom did live there at one time. Mom's old roommates from college, who still live in Milwaukee, met up with us for dinner! We heard some good stories about mom!

That is so wonderful you were able to raise so much money and were able to participate in the race. And your mom wouldn't have been proud, she IS proud of all you have accomplished. As cheezy as it sounds, I'm sure she was right there with you. I bet it was neat to see her roommates and hear all those stories. We miss you, Kath!
