Josie Turns Two/Mother's Day

Josie turned two today on Mother's Day. We celebrated with just the family. She's the typical two-year-old. She's talks really, really well for her age. She is a pretty good girl but definitely has her moments. She has some pretty good tantrums and doesn't like being told "no" or even ignores us when we're asking her to do something. She's a daddy's girl, especially now with A.J. She spends a lot of time with her dad in the yard and she even helped the neighbors plant their garden!
She's still in her crib becasue she's a GREAT sleeper. She takes long naps and sleeps well at night and hasn't tried climbing out yet. We do have a bed waiting for her when she does. We've started the potty training, but I can tell it's going to be a long process.

What a neat sight, Beth! I might try to do that too. Like you said it's a great way to let everyone know what's going on in your life without spending a lot of time emailing updates (which I am getting to be really bad at)! I love all the pics you email to me too! Soooo cute!! Happy Birthday to Josie. I know what you mean about the potty training thing, it can take a while, but once they "get it" it goes pretty fast. A.J. is such a sweetie - can't wait to see him in person & I sure wish I could see Josie more too. I don't think I've ever had a structured or organized day as a mother in my life - so you are doing a great job! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on your blogs, look for my comments too! :) ttyl
