A Cartoon Artist?

I thought I would share what Josie did last night that left us pretty impressed. She was intently watching the cartoon “Wow-Wow Wubzy” with her magna doodle in her lap. She would watch the cartoon, then draw a little bit, then watch the cartoon, then draw a little bit, etc. She did this for about 15 min. When I sat on the floor to see what she was doing, I noticed she had drawn the characters on her magna doodle - she was studying the cartoon characters so she could draw them! I sat next to her and watched her do it for awhile and she would draw the arm, leg, all the parts separately, one little detail at a time. It was pretty impressive (to us anyway)! Even her patience to sit there and do it through the entire show was amazing. Granted, you couldn't really make out what it was, but she was definitely trying to draw the characters, which I figured out was after she had asked me to draw one of the arms for her.
