TIMBER!

We had to cut a cottonwood tree down this weekend. It was a nice shade tree, but that's all. It made a mess of our gutters, our deck, our patio, and everything under it. And the roots would eventually cause problems growing a little too close to the house. It now opens up the yard so we are able to see the entire yard from the deck. Pictured are the neighbors helping with clean up to get the wood from it.

We had to take apart part of and move the playground set. Hopefully it can be put back together (the right, safe way).
