On the phone

Josie and Nick have been talking on the phone lately. They get a kick out of it (we do too). Josie takes the phone and walks around the house pointing things out to him.

I think they do more talking than listening to each other, but once in awhile they ‘get’ what the other is saying. For example, Josie was talking about her band aid she had on her leg saying “I have a band aid too, see” and she holds the phone down to her leg so that Nick can see it! (She doesn’t quite get that concept yet!) I found out after talking to Amy that Nick was telling Josie that he had an ‘owie’.
